We waited a long time to be served, one meal arrived 20 minutes before the other. Then we waited for another half an hour for a sandwich that came different than requested. Once pointed to the server, she just smiled and did nothing. We mentioned again that the sandwich had bits that we could not eat, and she went back with the meal complaining about it. A lovely place where the locals eat. I had the burger and beer. My hubby had the toasted ham and cheese sandwich. Both very tasty.

The service was ok, however, my burger came first and my hubby's sandwich came much later, so much that I'd finished my burger by the time he got his sandwich. The burger was made up of patty, fried egg, ham, lettuce and tomato.

Sometimes when you see prices like this it could mean that running away is the safest option. But in this case, the food is simple, abundant, and efficient on top of being the cheapest meal I've had in Lisbon so far. Some review mentioned the duck with rice, I had it, and I'll have some more when I come back to this city. Nice people, no loud music, just what I needed before continuing...
