Best to book in advance to this restaurant as its always busy and very popular I booked through there website by email.

The owners are Dutch and very friendly & welcoming along with the attentative staff and a Somalia who knows all about the wines they offer he selected a wine for us which we had not tried before and was perfect for the food we had ordered. We had a great night at Florian. Very friendly and welcoming staff upon entry. Startrd out with champagne while the excellent Portuguese Pinot Noir was decanted and lightly chilled. Amuses were a tasty tomato soup and a smoked salmon mouse with some wasabi, both nicely balanced. As starters we had delicious hand cut ham, and duck liver. Followed by iberico pork and duck breast as mains. All dishes were perfectly cooked and balanced by the chef. Will definitely return and strongly recommend anyone to experience the fine food...

We were at the Conrad hotel nearby but decided to eat here as the main restaurant was closed. A wonderful experience with great hospitality and fantastic food. The fish was sublime and the duck with poached pear was perfectly cooked. After eating many ordinary steaks in Portugal, we finally found a place that knows how to grill quality meat.
