Incredible gem in Monchique. Among the best vegan restaurants we've ever been to. Truly an amazing find if you every find yourself in Monchique. The menu changes daily and is a lunch only place. Service is fast and kind, and atmosphere is very good. We ate on the patio in October. Had a highly varied and well-priced black beam burger, fried potatoes and cabbage salad. Flavor was incredible. Ohne Grumpis wäre ich schon verhungert. Ich komme so oft ich kann zum Mittagstisch. Das Essen Immer liebevoll dekoriert und sehr lecker durch Grumpy Mama Zaira. Danach ein veganen oder zuckerarmen Kuchen unfassbar lecker und bereitet durch Grumpy Mama Nadine. Mit einem lächeln geordert und sehr zuvorkommend bedient durch Grumpy Mama Silvia.

Alle drei sprechen von nativ portugiesisch über englisch bis schwitzerdeutsch, französisch, deutsch noch mehr. Die Öffnungszeiten sind immer auf Grumpy Mama Kids ausgerichtet. Meist 12-15 Uhr und in Schulferien geschlossen.

Es gibt jeden Tag ein wechselndes Gericht für 11€ oder eine Suppe für 4,5€. Immer 1-3 Kuchen. Kombuscha und Schorle in Variationen. Café in allen Varianten. Oft frisches Brot und Aufstriche zum Mitnehmen.
