TERRIBLE, horrible, rude service. I VERY RARELY write negative reviews but I feel obligated to point out that this place had so many great reviews so we thought we'd love it! But we were ignored and treated like we were an annoyance from the second we walked in, which I assure you we were not. We were given 1 menu for the 3 of us despite the restaurant being mostly empty with plenty of menus to spare. We'd been walking around all day so we were all thirsty - we asked for water & he only brought it to one of us so we asked for more; our waiter seemed annoyed with us and although he said yes, he did not bring it to us, until we asked again, at which time he got even more annoyed with us. They brought us the wrong appetizer which we hadn't even proclaimed to be wrong, we simply asked what it was and the waiter got upset with us for pointing it out. The food was pretty good - on a scale of 1 being terrible to 10 being phenomenal, I'd say it was a 4, so it was decent, unfortunately the waiter wouldn't come back to the table, unless we asked for him several times, rolled his eyes at us when he did come over, over charged us and then got upset when we asked about the extraneous charges. We felt like an imposition from the moment we arrived and were so nervous about upsetting him that we didn't even use the restroom before we left. I'm so incredibly surprised and disappointed by the service at this restaurant, especially since it had so many good reviews. I highly recommend that you NOT go to this restaurant. And I NEVER write reviews saying that. Go somwhere you...

I definitely recommend. Great restaurant, everything was awesome (entradas, dinner, desserts and drinks). Waiters were very kind, friendly and tolerant, we were family of 5 people with very complicated wishes and chaotic ordering, despite that our waiter understood everything and made no mistakes and to all of our requests he replied with smile and no comments or questions. Food was not just good BUT DELICIOUS, I highly recommend rustic potatoes. My dad was very satisfied with his calamaris(squids), which he orders in every coastal restaurant and these were better than in any other. Me and my mom ordered fish plate for two that was also extremely tasty with various kinds of fishes. We also really liked homemade handmade bread it was amazing, it had crunchy crust and soft inside. After all we also ordered two desserts that were also homemade and tasted great. Lastly we were served with some liquor on the house. Whole dinner was gourmet experience if you are looking for great restaurant in or near Nazaré you should...

We had a great dinner at Aleluia, it definitely is worth a stop if you’re by the waterfront. The food was very well-prepared and flavorful across the board. I had the duck in rice, which was rich and creamy, with great texture and depth. My family tried the sardines, the squid and shrimp over black rice, and the octopus with potatoes, and they said each dish was cooked well and satisfied them immensely.

Service was a little bit slow, but though to be fair, it was definitely one of those busy nights, and the team was clearly putting in the effort and firing on all cylinders. Once things got moving, everything arrived in good time and we felt well looked after.

All in all, a solid meal in a beautiful, coastal setting, and I highly recommend to anyone...

Went for dinner and was amazed by the food and the service. Arrived at 19h (best time to arrive, since closer to 20h gets busier and harder to get a table). All waiters were extremely nice in explaining dishes and giving recommendations. Ordered the Garoupa with rice and potato (which they made it a tomato rice based on our request for a little extra something). The dessert was the fig tarte, which was incredible. Ordered some Port to finish, but the restaurant also gives a complementary house Ginja liqueur, as well. Everything perfect, will come back and recommend for sure.

This place was recommended by a colleague and we were glad that we tried it! We enjoyed the 2 person fresh grilled fish platter which included sea bass, mackerel, salmon and sardines. For our sides we got the seasoned vegetables and the rice with sausage and greens (a lot like Jambalaya). We also loved their little bread box with seasoned butter, tuna salad and olives! The large windows in the front allow guests to enjoy the ocean views. They also had the only live music going on the block, which we were able to enjoy for our whole dinner. Obrigado, Aleluia!
