Edit 30/12/2021: I came for a second time yesterday and the service was AWFUL. A new blonde girl served us and everything she did was simply wrong. She didnt greet us; she just came over and asked if we're ready to order. We ordered a bottle of wine; when she brought it she sat it on the table and didn't even ask for us to taste and didn't pour it for us! After our seafood appetizers, she asked us to keep the same fork and knife for our steaks. When we were finished with our main course, she then stacked all of the plates on the table instead of on her arm before picking them up to take to the kitchen. Not even in the most casual of pubs do they stack plates on the table instead of the arm. It was just awful and improper server etiquette from start to finish. I was here the year before and this is not the service I received last time. If this was my first time here, I wouldn't come back. We let the manager know but he didn't really seem to care. I left 2 stars because the food really is delicious but the service really dampens the experience. Especially because we know that they can do better.

Firstly the good. Fish was beautiful. However.... That does not compensate for an atrocious dining experience. Server seated us at a table, then disappeared. Diners who arrived after us (Portuguese) were greeted with breads and olives and drinks orders promptly taken. 15mins after we sat down I had to approach a member of staff for some water at least, we had an 18mth with us and wanted to fill her cup. 10mins later our food order was taken (restaurant was not busy at this stage). Food was v good but then we asked for the bill. 10mins later I asked again. Another 10mins passed so I went to the counter and asked to pay. Was met by the rudest man "working" the bar (assume he is manager /owner). First time I have never tipped in a restaurant.

I should also add my wife went to the ladies and was met by a man with the door to ladies wide open urinating on the toilet seat. Just walked out and laughed. No toilet roll to even clean up his mess.

It was obvious the under pressure waiting staff were in fear of the gentleman behind the bar, shouting at them. Maybe if he pulled up his sleeves and helped them out it would've been a better experience, rather than hiding at the...

Sorry, but it's been a long time since we ate anything as awful as at this restaurant. We ordered seafood pasta. It was a failure. When I read "pasta" I mean spaghetti, tagliatelle, fettucine or whatever. This, however, turned out to be mac n cheese pasta. Awful. The whole dish was awful, it tasted worse than the worst seafood-flavored tomato soup! Very bad experience, this dish cost 30 euros and totally not worth the waiting in line. I ate a bit because I was hungry, and the opening hours of the restaurant are overwhelmed by the coronavirus, and I regret it because I was sick for two days after that. I don’t...
