Burger King — Restaurant in Ponta Delgada

Burger quality can't be compared to McDonald's or so. They don't miss what you order and everything is so fast!! But it's so embarassing to have to wait in the long line, the same as every other costumer that hasn't ordered, even after already ordering the food on the self-service machines. The staff is great, very kind, but the ordering logistic wasn't planned that well. Considering the fact that this is an international fast food chain, it's disappointing. Note: I would choose this over other burger fast food...

the whopper was really bad. it was a cold sandwich with way too much mayo inside. it ruined the whole burger. the fries were the best i have eaten in my 12 day stay on this island. crispy, warm and the only reason going back to this burger king. i love burger king, but here maybe the management should check the quality of the burgers and how they are made. bad service - the cashier should keep her attitude to herself and not eyeroll her costumers. maybe you can do better burgers instead of...

Assunto: Reclamação sobre atendimento em loja Burger King

Prezados,

Venho por meio desta registrar minha insatisfação com o atendimento recebido em uma das lojas Burger King.

No meu pedido, informei que não precisava de saco e apenas solicitei que as batatas fossem acondicionadas de forma que não caíssem. No entanto, a funcionária que me atendeu não demonstrou disposição em ajudar. Em vez de organizar o pedido no tabuleiro ou ajustar na cozinha, eu mesmo tive que arrumar tudo, pois a atendente não mostrou interesse em prestar o devido atendimento.

Esse tipo de postura não condiz com o padrão de qualidade que espero de uma rede como o Burger King. Gostaria que essa situação fosse registrada e que a equipe receba a devida orientação, para que clientes futuros não passem pela mesma experiência...
