I feel like every single tourist in Ponta Delgada goes to the same crowded places, but thankfully there are a few restaurants like Super Prato that not only have space but very delicious and not so well-known food!! We went there for lunch and had a total feast. Ricardo, the kindest waiter in the island, recommended us their fresh fish and it was truly an amazing bocanegra that we won't ever forget! We are on vacation from the States this week and after a long day exploring we were looking for a good meal. Super Prato hit the spot. The kids wanted the Kebabs but they were out, so we pivoted. We found that place by accident and were very pleased with this finding! Went there for 2-3 times, each time delicious fresh food, we could pick the fish we wanted to eat - tuna was prepared so well!
