Burger Ranch Ribeirinha — Restaurant in Portimão

Went to the restaurant with my dog as I have in the past, stood at the entrance of the door for over 2 minutes, no acknowledgement, in the past they would welcome us. So after standing there for a bit I walked in a bit further, there were no customers at all standing waiting to order. I came in the main entrance, the young man seemed to be packing an Uber eats bag? In 5 minutes all he did was put in one fruit juice...in 5 minutes! He looked at me several times but said nothing. 3/5 stars due to the wait time. The queue was so long it was going out of the shop and into the car park. There were only 2 people serving on the till points and although they were doing their best; the wait time was significantly long.

I also wasn't 100% impressed with the quality of the burger. For having to wait so long, I would have expected these burgers to be incredible - they were "ok" at best.

My husband and I have eaten at Burger joints all over the world and sadly, this wasn't up there in our top ten.

Ontem dia 5-7-23 foi horrível a minha experiência! Saí de um festival por volta da 1:30 da manhã e cheguei ao burguer ranch por volta das 2:00 como devem calcular imensa gente fez o mesmo então o estabelecimento estava cheio… mesmo os trabalhadores sabendo disso o atendimento estava mal organizado, quando chegou a minha vez de ser atendido após esperar 40 minutos na fila cancelaram a caixa enquanto que as outras pessoas que tinham cartão podiam ir fazendo os seus pedidos tranquilos! Questionei o porquê de isso acontecer e a resposta que obtive foi “Não posso fazer nada”. Como não podem fazer nada??? Estavam poucos funcionários para o atendimento necessário e ainda estavam muito lentos, em vez de apressarem estavam a fazer coisinhas aos poucos, parecia que estavam a passear, em vez de terem uma pessoa fixa a atender e outra a dar os pedidos tinham pessoas dispersas e despreocupadas com o bem estar dos clientes! Não mostraram empatia, havia centenas de hambúrgueres já feitas e estavam todas a esfriar porque estavam confusos com os pedidos. Conclusão: compreendo que tivesse muita gente mas um bom atendimento e organização teria causado muito melhor ambiente e teriam despachado os pedidos em 30/40 minutos em vez de 2 horas!! Apenas recebi o meu pedido ás 4 da manhã e por sinal estava horrível, enganaram-se ainda na hambúrguer e depois quando trocaram vinha péssima parecia comida...
