We arrived at 7:07.59 thus 31 minutes and 59 seconds after it opened but Pascal was well prepared for our group of six. Despite the fact that we outnumbered him by six hundred percent, Pascal very quickly made us welcome and explained the menu according to Levi-Strauss' The Raw and the Cooked. The meat eaters ordered vegetarian with added meat and the vegetarians order Les Alpes speck without the meat. Everything was delicious and served with humour and alacrity (the zeugma is optional). Specialist drinks of the region (Normandy) were appreciated. The bill was calculated to four decimal places and totally accurate plus delivered on authentic stationery from the 1970s which I kept as a souvenir of a charming experience. You feel like you're in your cool uncle's living room. And then the food comes out! The owner/chef cooks you the most delicious crêpes à la française. You'd swear you were in Normandy. P.S: In case you still have doubts, all the food is typically breton and homemade in front of you. And local craft beers...
