Terrible service from the waitress. It is always something that bothers her. The chair is to far, the table can not change to the shadow and she is to lazy to open an extra parasol altough all places are full. I want to enjoy my holiday and not sit in 29 degrees sun when there are still 4 parasols closed. We used to come to this place now for 20 years and introduced it to our friends and family. Ordered a large Americana coffee. They came out with a small cup of coffee which was way to strong so I asked for a large coffee mug with more hot water. They gave me the bill after and charged me an extra 1.50 euros for a larger cup with hot water. Asked to speak to manager and she said they charge extra for a large cup with hot water. So if u ask there for a large mug with a half cup of hot water, you will be charged 1.50 euros. If u like to get a large cup of hot coffee go somewhere else. We have come to paira da rocha about 6 times in the last few years and this time was our 1st time coming to this café,and we have been here 4 days ina row... and i must say I wish I came here earlier.
