Got to be the worst dining experience of my life and I hope me or anyone else will never have to experience it.
Was on holiday with a large group of friends and were all famished after a long day of volleyball, hence the trip to the all-you-can-eat restaurant. Safe to say that didn’t happen. We sat at a table of 14 at 6.00 to ensure we missed the busy period. We sent through our initial orders of which I personally received only 2 of my 6 dishes. We then waited a reasonable time before reordering as we had assumed that maybe our large table was slowing the kitchen, again our orders were mostly ignored.
After 2.5h of what felt like purgatory, waiting for orders that never arrived, we got so frustrated that we all left to head home and make some food instead. As you can imagine this was a complete joke of a dining experience, we definitely didn’t even get close to receiving our €20 worth of food. Considering in total we spent €280, not even including drinks, the service we received was an absolute joke.
Multiple times we spoke to the servers to ask where our orders were and if they were ever going to be made, and multiple times we were told “the kitchen had thought you were finished, please make another order”. As you can imagine, this order, again, did not arrive.
A few of our party had been here in years previous, and had never had such a bad time before, so I hope our experience wasn’t a true reflection of the current state of the restaurant. As someone who works in hospitality, I do understand how large tables can cause issues, however this is not an excuse for how poorly it was handled. Unfortunately I cannot ever see myself returning to this establishment, and I would recommend that large parties do not even attempt to.

The food was the best chineese food that we have eat overall the europe until now.

Now as the first minus and the reason that I gave 4 stars is that we asked before we enter the restaurant if we need to pay a menu for our 3 year old twins which usually eat few bites from us.
They told us that is ok but to buy something for the kids for example an ice cream. What we actually did.
Everything ok, we order the food for us 3x adults. You are allowed to order 6x types of food from the menu. We gave to the children to taste from our portion.
At the final we ask for the bill and we had the surprise to see that our children were charged also with a menu price for childrens.
When I asked the waiter why we are charged for the children, since we ask before going to restaurant if they need to pay and the staff told us that is not necessary if we dont order for them and to buy something like an ice cream,
He told me that he saw how we gave to the children to eat from our portions. 🤯🤯

Read moreI asked for a vegan rice dish. They served chicken rice dish. I returned it to the kitchen and instead of making a new dish they just picked chicken out! I found few pieces underneath. Absolutely disgraceful!! I asked for the bill and they charged me for the rice.
Spoke to the OWNER and she didn’t seem to understand what the problem is. Really it’s a 1 star for the OWNER for not understanding the gravity of the situation and not educating the staff you can’t just pick out some ingredients out of the dish. What if someone is allergic to peanuts, are they going to take the peanuts out?? What if they’re halal, are they going to pick the pork out of the dish? And for the same reason with vegans or vegetarians it’s a disgrace to do it to them. It’s 2021, and the owner doesn’t understand it at all, she shouldn’t run a restaurant and endanger people. She didn’t even apologise and offered a tiny discount.
