We found this highly regarded little gem with a good rating and it did not disappoint. In fact, we adored it. Being lovers of wine, but ignorant of Portuguese viticulture, we are in the hands of the staff wherever we go and in this quaint venue (approximately 20 people capacity, one chef, one front of house) with great views of the Atlantic, our waitress gave us wonderful recommendations based on a the types of wine we enjoy and with the proviso they had to be native to Portugal. She nailed it! We ordered the tuna and beef tartare. The tuna came on a bed of rice giving it a Japanese type of flair and was just as delicious as the beef tartare. Really nice wine bar in one of Porto’s nicest neighbourhoods right by the beach. Wine selection was excellent, creative and included small and independent Portuguese wine makers. The salmon tartare was excellent as well as the homemade nachos and guacamole which we had as nibbles. Owner was super nice and service was excellent. A great spot we will be coming back to again!...

The wine list is not a conventional one where you'll find the same wines you pretty much taste in most of the restaurants. Go open minded, let the waiter know your preferences and discover new quality wines. Btw you'll be doing that right in front of the ocean ;)
