Disappointing and Overpriced - Not Worth the Hype I usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but this brunch spot is a total letdown. First of all, the prices are ridiculous for what you're getting. I understand brunch can be a bit pricey, but this was just absurd, especially considering how mediocre everything was. The Americano I ordered was laughably small – literally a sip's worth of coffee in a cup so tiny it barely qualified as a proper serving. I’ve had better coffee at gas stations. Then there's the avocado and tomato dish. Honestly, I could’ve made this at home in 5 minutes, and it would've tasted better. The avocado was bland, the tomato insipid, and there wasn’t a single ounce of seasoning or sauce. It was like they just threw it together and hoped the price would make up for the lack of effort. For what I paid, they couldn’t even throw a pinch of salt on it? Service? Slow. Ridiculously slow. The staff was friendly enough, but it took forever to get anything. I was seriously regretting not having brought a book or something to kill time. And the brioche with salmon was just sad. Sure, the salmon was included, but the portion was so tiny that it barely counted as a garnish. I’m not talking about a light spread – more like a few crumbs. If that’s what I’m getting, don’t advertise it as a dish with salmon unless you're okay with a major letdown. When I asked for more, they told me it was an extra 4€, but honestly, the amount they gave me initially doesn’t justify that price either. It was a complete joke. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects your time, your...

Brunchit Café is hands down one of the best brunch experiences I’ve had in Porto. From the moment you walk in, the space feels bright, stylish, and welcoming—with a modern, floral interior that’s both cozy and Instagram-ready.
We ordered the "Eggcellent" and the “Sexy Omelette”… both absolutely lived up to their names- perfectly poached eggs, creamy hollandaise, and fresh avocado on a toasted brioche that was soft but held up well and the fluffiest omelettes! Everything was beautifully plated and full of flavor. I also tried one of their affogato and it was just the right balance of sweet and strong.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout. Special shoutout to the team for making the whole visit feel personal and warm—something you don’t always find in popular cafés.
Yes, the prices are a bit higher than your average spot in Porto, but the quality, presentation, and overall experience more than justify it. You’re not just getting food—you’re getting a vibe, a memory, and probably a few great photos too.
Highly recommend if you're looking for a top-tier brunch in the heart of the city. Whether you're a tourist or a local, Brunchit should be...
Read moreWe waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes for our order, which was quite frustrating. The place itself is located in a great spot in the city center, with a stylish atmosphere. The presentation of the food was beautiful, and we were excited when we first arrived. We stood in line for 15 minutes, which didn’t seem like a big deal. However, after being seated and ordering, the long wait really tested our patience. The staff were very apologetic, which we appreciated, but a brunch spot should definitely be faster, especially during peak hours. When the food finally arrived, we were quite hungry. Initially, it seemed delicious, but the taste ended up being just average. We came around 1 PM and left at 2:30 PM, having eaten everything in just 10 minutes. It’s a nice place, but the service and food consistency need to...
