i came here with my family and there was a long wait time. when we sat down we order our food and drinks but it took a long time for a server to even come to us. when the drinks came only my moms and my drink came out and my sisters and dads took another 15 mins. when we asked about the drinks the hostess was rude and said it wasn’t taking long and that we need to be patient. i asked for a lemonade when it came out it was straight up lemon juice. when we asked if they can remake it they said none of their drinks have sugar in them. so when my sisters matcha and my dads Americana came out there was no sugar and it was almost impossible to drink. we ordered our food 15 mins before a table of 15 and theirs came before ours and they were already paying when we just got our food. i got the dulce de leche pancakes and there was popcorn which was unnecessary and was soggy. i do want to say that the food was delicious and everyone was satisfied but once again the service was not what i thought it was going to be. for reference for the 4 of us with the meal and a drinks was 65€. overall i would not come here again, the food was not worth the wait and bad service.
