Delicious brunch in Porto!!! Full of flavours and the menu is quite original. The savoury pancake is very very good and dilling you really pay for what you get the portions are ectremely generous. We wanted to get dessert but we were so full from our meals that we saddly did not order anything (but we will come back for the sweets thats for sure) They have a lot of vegetarian options and the waiters are veey flexible. The housemadd ice tea has a lot of flavour and is really really good for a summer drink. We came on a Thursday morning at 11h and we waited less than 5minutes to get a table, we were expecting more wait from reading the comments and the other google reviews. Service wise everyone is lovely and professional. The atmosphere of the cafe is very nice with lots of plants around it the kitchen are open which is always a good sign to show that everything is fresh. I can’t find any down points about the brunch, we will be back.

Arrived there around 11:45, I walked there directly from the “Trinidade” metro station. It took me around 10 minutes. The restaurant was already completely full. I had to queue behind 10-12 people before asking for a table. it took less than 10 minutes to be seated outside. I don’t know if this is a normal thing but, be aware, they were only accepting cash when I visited them. As for the meal, I ordered the zenith eggs with an extra of wild mushrooms. The berries juice with orange was also quite good. I gotta to say that indeed the meal was pretty good. It is quite a generous portion. Perfect for not ending up stuffed. In my own opinion, the best of the place is definitely the friendly staff. They are constantly asking you if everything is ok for you or if you need something else. As far as I could hear, they could speak Spanish, English, And Portuguese. They are also super fast at bringing you the meal. Enjoy your meal!

We went to Zenith after reading the reviews and were welcomed nicely. On Thursday, October 26, we went around 12 noon and sat at table number 3 downstairs. The options on the menu looked very delicious. I preferred the açai bowl and it was delicious. My husband ordered a chicken taco with avocado sauce and a plate with salmon. he said he was allergic to pork and we asked for careful preparation. First our americanos arrived and then my order. My husband's order came about 15 minutes later, prepared with pork. We told the lady who took our order that we were allergic to pork and she said she would take care of it immediately. She took our plate and 5 minutes later they brought it back with salmon. They told us that the order, which we normally wait for 15 minutes, was brought back in 5 minutes with everything prepared again. When my husband was not comfortable and asked if the plate was prepared again with everything, the lady who took our order said that she would ask the chef in the kitchen and come back. A few minutes later she came back with the information that yes, it was prepared again. Frankly speaking, it didn't seem realistic to us that the service, which we waited for about 15 minutes for the first order, was prepared again so quickly… And my husband couldn't eat him order. He didn't even touch the plate. We went to pay the bill; they asked how everything was, we told them that it was not good, but the lady at the cashier said okay, okay and passed us by. By the way, we paid for the order we couldn’t eat. No one asked why we were not satisfied or apologized for the big mistake. I think this was unethical

Today I visited ZENTH in Porto and had a disappointing experience. The service was quite poor, and I was overcharged for my meal. When we received the bill, we noticed that several items we never ordered had been added, totaling an extra 12 euros. It seemed like an attempt to sneak in charges we didn’t agree to. You can see in the photo attached to this review the extra items that were added, which have been crossed out by one of their staff members. When I approached the staff to resolve the issue, I requested a transaction cancellation and a new transaction to be made with the correct amount. However, I was told that they couldn’t reopen the table because it had already been closed. This excuse seemed unreasonable, especially given that they had made the error in the first place. They did end up refunding me in cash for the extra charges, but only because we caught it. If we hadn’t been vigilant, we would have been overcharged for items we never consumed. Additionally, the refund only covered the exact cost of the items; the taxes were not refunded. This meant that I was still out of pocket for a mistake they made. Furthermore, the servers seemed unable to follow simple instructions regarding food requests. I specifically asked for my eggs to be cooked over easy, but when they arrived, they were rock hard. This lack of attention to detail only added to the overall negative experience. Overall, this visit left a bad taste, and I wouldn’t recommend ZENTH if you’re looking for honest and reliable service.

Very mediocre brunch place. Bad quality/price ratio. If you want smth sweet like pancakes then it’s probably a place for you. However, if you are looking for a healthier option with protein and fresh vegetables/fruits Zenith is not the one. I ordered Zenith eggs with extra salmon and was very disappointed. Avocado and salmon didn’t look fresh, had a very dull color and didn’t taste like they are supposed to. The bread was also very questionable 🥴 when taking my order the waiter said that with pesto sauce it will be very good — and added pesto sauce to my order without clarifying that it costs extra and not even asking if I want it. The matcha latte is another story… first they brought matcha latter with vanilla syrup (once again without asking if I want to add any syrup), I then asked if they had original matcha and received this drink that I don’t know what to call cause it has nothing to do with matcha. It’s either very poor quality or just a very old matcha — anyways it was impossible to drink, so then the waiter offered me replace it with any other drink of my choice and I picked orange juice, which I was later charged for 😂 To sum up, I do not recommend this place for those who want to have a good breakfast/brunch, but might be a nice spot for unhealthy sugary options or if you are hangover 🤕

The location is good with a large terrace. That’s about the positives. Service is an art. Too little is not good, but too much becomes harassment. Only after your order is taken, does another waiter inform you that you must pay in cash. Meaning a trip across the square to an ATM if you’re a card only person as I am. The bacon and scrambled egg order was a disgrace. Cold and quickly thrown on dry toast.. The coffee arrived like warm, and of course instead of the sweetener I ordered, it arrived with sugar. During the meal, another one of the many parading waiters keeps asking if I needed anything. Always a different one… Eventually I needed a waiter so I could pay and run, only to find out I needed to pay myself inside. So the hordes of waiters just run around like ants.. In short, I get the concept, and I’m sure it appeals to a certain crowd. Its not my vibe at all.. I must say that the manager was very nice and told me he appreciated the feedback and would relay it back to management. Yeah… Not recommended at all… many more interesting places in that neighbourhood.
