Like most of the negative reviews here, this is another bad rating not because of the food, but because of the terrible service.
I had been wanting to try this place for a while, and we stopped by to get a dessert to take away. Only after ordering (and receiving it) did we find out they don’t actually allow desserts for takeaway. A bit strange, considering there are only three tables and the rest of the menu is available to-go. Since we had already ordered, we decided to stay and eat anyway.
We tried to pay with a €10 bill and were met with a rude “we don’t have change.” Really? No change for €3 on a Saturday afternoon? It’s not like we were trying to pay with a €100 bill. We didn’t want to make a scene, so even though the experience was already off to a bad start, we paid by card.
As the tables were full, we took our tray and went outside to the street. When we finished, we wanted to return the tray inside instead of leaving it on a table. The immediate response we got was: “the trash is outside.” Well, we hadn’t seen the bins, but what was the problem with just taking the tray? We were already doing them a favor by bringing it back inside instead of leaving it outside, and yet we were told we should have cleaned it first.
At that point, we just wanted to leave. We threw everything in the bins, returned the tray inside, and left with no intention of ever coming back.
Like many others have said: I have nothing bad to say about the food, it was great. But with service like this, and especially the way they speak to customers? Never again. A real...
Read moreI have been staying in the neighborhood for several months, and noticed generosa pizza boxes everywhere. I approached a girl on the street with one and she said the pizzas were delicious, so I decided to try.
Before we went, I searched Google for thier menu and came across a flurry of very negative reviews. The response from the owner indicated the problem had been resolved. I thought, fine.
I went with a Brazilian friend last night and when we arrived the 2 employees were very busy making pizzas, so didn't think twice when no one acknowledged us waiting at the counter.
After a few minutes of waiting, the tall black Brazilian woman informed us that they were closed, pointed to the sign with the hours of operation, then said, in hostile portuguese, "thank you, you can go now." I confirmed three times with my friend that's what she actually said, and he assured me that's what she said.
We looked at our phones at that point and the time was 10:03pm, they close at 10pm, which was exactly the time we arrived.
Anyway, in disbelief at being treated like that, we went around the corner and had a delicious pizza at Gracie Mille.
So as others have said, and I'm now confirming, avoid this place. No pizza is worth being treated in a...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this small pizzeria, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. I ordered the Margherita and Marinara pizzas with mushrooms, and both were a flavor explosion. The crispy edges and fresh, quality ingredients really made a difference in every bite.
What truly stood out, though, was the attentive and friendly staff. They made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The selection of drinks may be small, but it's well-chosen and complements the food perfectly.
Beyond the pizzas, I highly recommend trying their cinnamon rolls and bread with seeds. Finding such high-quality bread in Porto is a rare gem, and these were exceptional.
This pizzeria exceeded my expectations. I left with a satisfied palate and a smile on my face, looking forward to my next visit. If you're in the area, don't miss out on...
