Maynard's Burgers — Restaurant in Porto

i wasn’t waiting much of it but then i checked they had coxinhas, so i’ve got the catupiry & chicken one. Highly recommend it! It’s a good portion size and crispy with a nice filling. they fry it at the order so they’re always fresh. the only problem was that it was too crusty (“massuda” in br port). the attention to customers is not their best. it was rather empty (it was afternoon, after lunch and before dinner) and yet it was hard to get something. the burgers looked like were “smashed” so i didn’t want to order. (i’m a rare juice burger girl) but they insisted A LOT about their burgers saying that it was truly American style. let’s agree to disagree. a really GREAT thing was their chilli sauce: homemade and seasoned/spicy like it is in Brazil. highly recommend it. and it’s not too hot so you can savor well all the ingredients. thumbs up all around for it. the only really BAD thing is that the menu only have fried greasy stuff. i would love a little salad or pickles or coleslaw… even a fresh orange juice. i mean any “green” option to...

They've a good variety of burgers and some great appetizers such as emmental cheese and chicken wings. The menu is a QR code in the table where I saw that any of the burgers options could be vegetarian, because I had previously ordered the vegetarian option they have I decided I want to try any of the other burgers, I knew the hamburger would be the same and that just things such as the bread, mayo and condiments would change but the waiter said they would be the same, I was hungry and tired from working and didn't' want to argue so I decided to have the same burger. Maynard's Burgers.... an Awesome Burger. They have just moved their location as well. They are now across the street from the Continente Market and the location is much more accessible. Very clean and very nice inside with a few 4 top tables and a few 2 top bar type tables next to the windows. The staff is very friendly and the TV's are going with football and news. I had the Maynards Bacon Burger and it was fantastic. 2 smash patties, Cheddar Cheese, Bacon and special sauce on a brioche style bun. I also had the fries which are seasoned and a Coke to drink. They also offer beer in bottle and on tap. I will definitely be visiting...
