To start with, service was provided in many different languages, which is great, the waitress was very good at explaining both the menu and the drinks. The price is worth the quality. Altho it was a bit busy, I was offered a separated table, which I am thankful for, since I had to answer some work stuff as well. The only think I was concerned about was that the glass of wine was too warm for the wine having, only the red one.

Overall experience, I will probably return to this place when I am back in Porto. Since is the first one I am willing to leave a review after a week staying in the city.

Big congrats to Johana ( forgive my spelling of I am wrong) for having her as a waiter, I've worked quite a long time in the gastronomic business to acknowledge her skills, she is as preparated as a michelín star staff...

The aesthetic of the place is immaculate - very fancy and modern, every detail was taken care of. However, I expected much more from food. I ordered a vegetarian francesinha and both the sauce and the bread were kind of sweet, definitely not the usual flavor of francesinha molho. There were also no options for vegetarian entradas or at least they only offered entrances with meat or fish. Hoje, dia 07/09, vim jantar ao neto do bolhão pela primeira vez. Foi-me explicado que, para reservar mesa, existiam dois turnos: o turno das 20h às 22h e o turno das 22h às 00h. Qual a nossa surpresa quando chegamos ao espaço às 21:50, sendo a nossa reserva às 22h, e só termos mesa após as 23h, sendo que as 22:05 pediram que aguardássemos 15min que só esperavam que os clientes saíssem. Não deram mais nenhuma satisfação, apenas mantiveram a mesma resposta. Ora então, se eu faço uma reserva o esperado é ser atendido à hora marcada. Tal como nós sabíamos que existiam dois turnos para ser atendidos, também os outros clientes o deveriam saber e o que os funcionários deveriam tem feito era ter informado os clientes anteriores que já passava do horário limite e que tinham outro grupo à espera. Relativamente à comida: veio 45min depois, uma francesinha intragável com a carne a saber a cominhos e cheia de nervos, hambúrguer extremamente salgado, entre outras pessoas do grupo que reclamaram do seu pedido... além de que se gostarem de uma francesinha tipicamente portuense, este não é o local a experimentar. Molho amanteigado e super doce. WC: será que existe limpeza durante todo o dia? Porque o que vi... deixa-me a crer que só é limpo quando o restaurante fecha e depois nunca mais até acabar o dia.
