The service and atmosphere were great. But the food was tasteless for an Indian person. The fish curry was nice. We were really hungry and ordered a lot of food. The Lamb biryani wasn't a biryani. It was Tomato rice, with lamb pieces and a lot of bell peppers for some reason. It was very Sweet. The tandoori chicken was tasteless as well. It tasted like it was boiled in turmeric and salt. The chicken soup was nice, a bit too salty for my likes. It would be great if salt and pepper was served along with it. The combo lunch deal is good if you're looking for quantity. Read moreWorst Indian food you can ever have. We are a couple who like to eat Indian food wherever we go. The experience was so traumatic that we didn’t try Indian food as long as we stayed in Porto. Biryani was blood red tomato rice with chicken chunks and tandoori chicken was as tasteless as it can be. If you are Indian((Indian sub continent) I dare you to try it 😛. If you are not an Indian then please don’t consider it as Indian food. 🙏 Also I saw people saying its cheap which is not the case. They don’t serve curry with rice or nan. They don’t give raita with biryani and they don’t give anything...
Read moreThis is a hidden Indian gem! The owner is an authentic punjabi guy and the food is 100% Indian. Dont be deceived by the looks of this restaurant, their food is 100% desi and authentic. I tasted their chicken curry and palak paneer, both were out of this world. Surprised (in a good way) to have found this Indian treasure in a city like Porto which is usually full of fake Indian restaurants! Also, the place is so economical, I dont understand the review from another Indian guy here, may be he’s comparing the...
