This place is delicious, best in Porto. Nevertheless, I dont get that your employees do not know what a flat white is; I had to explain her how it was done and she brought me two meias de leite (literally speaking); the coffee was huge and served in a very high glass. When I told her that is not what I was expecting (after being charged 4,30€ for this) she reacted in a very rude way, not letting me speak, and brought me another coffee. This time it was a real flat white, but it came also with her bringing some coins on the hand only to tell me: heres your money, again in a very rude way and making noise with the coins on the table. Read moreI came here a few times during my week in Porto. It's a modern Bakery that also do a few classical Portuguese goods like Pastel De Nata. Here is my take on 4 items:
Brioche Croissant: sticky, sweet and flaky as can be. Grows on you as you taste more.
French Croissant: it's flaky and good. Mines was a little under cooked but still great.
Hazelnut Chocolate Croissant: My least favourite croissant. Just didn't do it for me.
Plain Donut: a plain sugar donut. Hits the spot....would love to eat it fresh out of the oven.
