A Tea Room that also serves Meals. It has a Cafeteria, Pastry shop and Restaurant. The sweets are excellent, especially the pasteis de nata, which are better than the "pasteis de Belém". Nettes Café in der Parallelstraße zur Strandpromenade. Es ist noch schlicht eingerichtet, aber durchaus charmant. Die alten Damen aus der Gegend machen ihren Kaffeklatsch (da kann es mal etwas lauter werden).

Eine ältere und eine jüngere Frau haben bedient. Es hat zwar etwas gedauert, bis die Bestellung kam, aber wir waren nicht in Eile. Einen Kaffee und einen frisch gepressten Orangensaft gab es für 4€, was wir als sehr gute Preis-Leistung ansehen, dafür, dass Foz mit dem Strand zur gehobeneren Gegend gehört. Authentisch, da das Menü nur in portugiesisch verfügbar ist. Mit etwas google translator ging...

Excellent little cafe. The staff were incredibly friendly. They spoke English and the food was yummy and cheap. Such a great little find away from all the expensive places...
