The favouritism is unbeliveble, no respect for customers! Is my money any different then money of the friend of the bar staff? The host on the door is a lier. Confronted lied in my face instead of appologising and for example offering a drink while waiting. I worked hospitality all my life and i understand when is busy and stressfull but work on your staff. The host on the door is the first person people meet when they come in to your restaurant so having disrespectful, lieing ignorant is not the best strategy for business as doesnt matter how good food you serve (even tho chef doesnt undestand what very well done means - afrer sending it back to the kitchen meat did come back perfect and it was nice to see that chef did change the egg for fresh one) the bad aftrertaste distroys all experience.
