I fell ashamed as a Portuguese having such a poor dining experience. Service is disgraceful and extremely poor probably one of worst i ever had. Staff is too casual and careless, extremely unprofessional giving the impression they didn’t know what they were doing. After waiting 30 min to have my order taken it took them more than one hour to serve the meals with complete disregard not even apologising for such shameful delay: Seems really poorly managed and disorganised, plates pile up on the vacant tables and pigeons quickly take over from table to table while staff does not even seem bothered to clean the tables. The food is not bad but with such a poor service i definitely do not recommend this...

When we stood up exhausted by all this and walked to the counter to pay, they couldn't even find our orders and work out the bill. The woman at the counter seemed completely lost. What a restaurant. Maybe we've just been very unlucky, but they should learn how to manage a busy restaurant first, rather than...
