Tapas Palace — Restaurant in Silves

Came for lunch before 2 pm. Ordered 6 tapas plates, mostly sea food that cooks really quick. The first plate arrived nearly 2 hours later. The food was not great either, to say the least. The waitress was pleasant but forgot to bring our drinks. The place was not busy (about 3 tables waiting for food at the time), but our neighbours waited for their food for well over 2 hours! Our favourite restaurant in Armação de Pêra, we went there a couple of times and hope to go again next time we're in the area; I've tried octopus rice and polvo à lagareiro while the Portuguese steak was also incredible, as were the tapas. Very good prices, big portions, and great service, the kind waitress made us feel welcome and gave us fab recommendations for what to try next....
