We stumbled here after trying to go to a few nearby restaurants and they were all booked with reservations and we were so glad we did! The service was great and the food was delicious!! The bread with sausage (linguiça) was so amazing I didn’t even get to take a picture of it. Both my fiancé and I were amazed by the Sardine bruschettas, one of the best things we have eaten in our trip to Portugal. DEFINITELY order that! The steak was really good but both of the meals above mentioned were our favorites.

Up front, you find the pastries which were absolutely delectable. Additionally, the people, whether they be locals or the workers are very nice and wont shy away from pointing you around. Just slightly up the street, you can find the restaurant for a larger meal. Here there is a wide range of dishes which are reasonably priced. Personally i say go for the arroz de pato or any of the bacalhau variations. Thank you for an amazing gastronomic experience!!

It is a family owned restaurant and was a pleasant experience. Service was amazing. We did enjoy the food and desserts. I would recommend after a long day of walking Sintra. One of the starters offered was Requeijao com doce de abobora which is cottage cheese with pumpkin jam and it was amazing, melted in my mouth! We also had salt cod gold (ok) and duck (good, very nice berry sauce). I loved Bolo de bolacha dessert.
