The staff is satisfactory could be better in taking care of their visitors in terms of greeting customers. Overwhelming in terms of information, you can see sections defined like football journalism, war journalism etc but the content is not well curated. I felt lost. Worst for me is some interactive elements not working and when giving feedback to the reception, they said that there are a lot of tech elements and the owners can't keep up with fixing them or have everything working 100% because is expensive. So in this case the ticket should not be paid 100% also. Well it was an experience. If I go back? Probably not. Sintra is so messed up...
