Beautiful restaurant located in beautiful Sintra, with a splendid outdoor seating under old amazing linden trees! The food was absolutely gorgeous, we tried the Gravlax ( a Norwegian salmon exquisite salad dish, which was superb, after 2 weeks visiting Norway I finally tried in Portugal something properly done with salmon) The Salmon poke was just fantastic and the cod bread pudding was great! The prices are very reasonable I would say for the quality of the food is very very affordable, fantastic value, thank you guys keep up the good work! PS. The staff is very friendly welcoming and helpful!

Their Bacalhau à Brás, a classic Portuguese dish, is perfectly balanced, with creamy egg and just the right touch of salt bringing out the delicate flavor of the cod. The oven-baked cod, accompanied by garlic-infused potatoes and spinach, was tender and flavorful, a true highlight. As a starter, I was recommended the mushrooms, which impressed me with their remarkable freshness — you could taste it in both the texture and aroma. The shaken iced coffee was crisp and refreshing, an ideal pairing for a warm afternoon. And to finish, the meringue dessert struck the perfect balance between light and airy inside and delightfully crisp outside. With friendly service and spotless facilities, this is a place I’d gladly return to if I ever find myself back in Sintra.

We arrived 2hrs early for dinner (by accident) and were convinced to stay and enjoy some tasty bites after speaking with a friendly server named Sara. Before the kitchen opened at 7, we were invited up to find a table by the server Jorge. All staff was FANTASTIC. Food was INCREDIBLE. We dined 2 nights in a row!! Hope to visit this place again next time we are in Sintra.

I come here based on the recommendation of a friend but I'm sorry to say that I did not had the best experience. Maybe it was bad luck, but in my case many things went wrong. First the tables outside are in a public square with the road passing next to it, so you have the noise of the cars, pollution, etc. So not that nice. The staff is very friendly but to be honest more friendly than efficient. We asked the wine menu and they forgot. Then the food, when it come it was totally cold, so we had to send it back. On another side, when the wine come (it was white wine), it was warm because they had the fridge off due to power grid cut the day before... makes me wonder about the quality of the food they store in the fridge, if the wine was warm... so cold food, warm wine and middle efficient staff, despite being very nice. One point in favor is the cost... the cost is reasonable, at least. I would believe this was a bad day, but I afraid I can not say very good things about me...

Delicious delicious. Had lunch with friends and all of us were so satisfied with our lunch. Portions are fulfilling and no doubts it’s a good spot to lunch. It was sunny and thus there was outdoor seatings, and it was peaceful even though it’s close to a road. Waitresses were kind and attentive.
