Pretty darn good deal, really: we went in at lunch which means it was cheaper. I think the price was perfect for what we got - drinks are not included in the buffet price, but even so, I think it's a fair price.

The location is fantastic: right on the boardwalk that’s close to the old center, above a big parking garage. It’s got a great view of the river and the Eiffel bridge.

They offer a large selection of sushi (though it’s kind of variations on a few types of sushi): the ones we got were great - well worth it to wait until the crunchy ones are hot out of the kitchen. The other side of the buffet offers more choice: most of it being Asian, obviously, but there are some more traditional items like French fries and fried chicken tenders. The bathroom was very clean and there was wait staff constantly about to tidy up, take drink orders, and bring out...

Absolute deal for a casual meal. Riverside with great views. Huge variety of Asian food, well made and stocked regularly. Several types of noodles and the traditional Chinese food staples like soy beef, sweet & sour pork, peking duck. Standard Fusion Sushi fare (if you want high end traditional sushi, go to a Sushi restaurant...). Plenty of California Rolls, fried sushi or braised salmon nigiri. Highest point is the grill, corner is always stocked with fresh shrimp, clams, squid and some more seafood and meat cuts. Restaurante muito bem localizado, junto a uma das principais praças da cidade e com vista priveligiada para o rio Lima.

O Maré Wok é um restaurante do tipo buffet, onde as pessoas se servem livremente mediante o pagamento de um valor fixo, que à data da visita era de 11,95€ ao almoço, e 14,95€ ao jantar (crianças entre os 5 e os 16 anos pagam 6,95€ ao almoço e 8,95€ ao jantar, e crianças até aos 4 anos não pagam). Os valores referidos não incluem as bebidas, que são suportadas à parte.

A comida disponível é variada e inclui carne, peixe, grelhados, sushi, alguns mariscos, fruta e doces. Pode repetir as vezes que quiser. Os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos e recolhem rapidamente os pratos usados.

A sala é espaçosa e bastante confortável. Em termos de higiene faz-me um pouco de confusão a comida estar tão exposta, mas é algo relativamente habitual neste estilo self-service. Acho que, pelo menos, seria positivo haver um circuito pré-definido para que a circulação de pessoas fosse mais ordenada.
