I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, my recent visit to Natas D’Ouro was very disappointing due to poor service. From the moment we arrived, we were left waiting far too long to be acknowledged, and it only got worse from there.

The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive — we had to flag someone down just to get menus, and our orders were either forgotten or delayed without explanation. What should have been a pleasant meal turned into a frustrating experience. While the food was decent, it was hard to enjoy it under the circumstances.

Everyone can have an off day, but the lack of basic courtesy and attention to customers made it clear this wasn’t just a one-time issue. I hope management takes steps to improve the training and professionalism of their staff. As it stands, I won’t be returning or recommending this...

PS: Nem sequer me foi entregue nenhum talão/recibo além do...

Just go anywhere else.

We tried to order a pack of natas which was on the big banners. We want just to take them to go, but the person at the counter told us to sit at the table. After 5min, the menus were given to us, in spite of we already knowing what we wanted. Another 5min we tried to ask for the natas, the waiter said he could not take the order, just one other waitress which was talking to other people. He did not talk to her or sinalized her that we wanted to order, so she didnt know, just kept talking to them. He then went on his own business, emptying other tables. The place was almost empty as it was like 30min after a soccer game had ended, and people had left a while ago. They just didn't care we waited or didn't...

When you see Natas and lots of crowd you dont think much about stopping & needing to sample & try ..so we did . Location is nice on the river with some views as space between cafe & river is more like a parking lot . BUT it was disapointing , to start the service was not good we waited a lot to get attention & waiter wasnt focused and they missed part oc the order , so we all got our sweets except one who had to waite for over 15 min for a ready made dessert ! Taste wise for the natas we explored the none traditional falvours and were just ok . The tart below average as for the choco mouse it was good . Note you place order on the table but they ask you to pay for the order before they serve it .

I traveled to Porto on September 6th and was so excited to find so many different flavors of pastel de nata! I’m always delighted to eat them in Portugal — no matter where I try them, they’re always delicious, and there’s just no comparison with those I’ve had in other countries. Before leaving Porto, I bought 10 pastéis de nata in different flavors: caipirinha, lemon, chocolate, traditional, and orange. I paid €10.70 for all 10. Even though I had already eaten a lot that day, I saved these for the next day — and they were still crunchy on the outside and creamy inside. Absolutely delicious!!

Yesterday, catching up with good friends at Natas D'Ouro (Pastelaria Soares) turned into a delightful foodie adventure. We dove into their famous Pasteis de Nata – crispy, flaky pastry cradling rich, creamy custard. Each bite was pure perfection, and the coffee was the perfect complement. The warm atmosphere and friendly conversation made the entire experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for incredible pastries and a chance to connect with loved ones, Natas D'Ouro is a must-visit!
