Very disappointed with this restaurant, food was awful.
Athmosphere is nice, the restaurant is pretty and has nice tables and views of the river within a great location.
The ordering is all done via tablets on each table, which is a great ideia in concept but if it doesn't work properly it's just a hassle. The only thing that worked while ordering was the drinks, they were delivered quite fast and efficiently. The food on the other hand was always late and at times, wrong or simply not registered at the kitchen so we needed to repeat our previous orders. (This also made us stay at the restaurant almost 2 hours, which is completly unecessary for this type of food)
On this topic, the food was simply dreadful, sushi had the nori completly soaked, meaning that they have pieces made hours before you order, the fish itself was very soft with a jell-o like consistency meaning its simply not fresh. It's way below standard even with this price range (which is not that cheap as well) and I believe that this cannot be safe to eat. Even fried sushi was not properly cooked, so also not okay for people who don't like raw fish.

I came there by recommendation, I was trying to order take away for my 10 y.o. daughter, so I definitely needed to know what is inside the every roll of Menu 4. No one could explain me that (or just don’t want) Well I have ordered on my risk and after I realized that in one of roll included in the Menu 4 there is a mango, which my daughter is not accepting. So I asked if they can change it to avocado. The servant lady said ’yes’, but the manager rudely said ‘no’. I said okay, can I change the menu, can I choose another number from their ‘Take away menus’ HE STARTED SCREAMING on me!!! Right in the restaurant! He didn’t not understand English correctly and just started yelling on me that they couldn’t change anything! I ran out crying. That was very unprofessional, unpleasant. That was awful experience for me. I do not recommend this place! Maybe they have good food, but their “manager” didn’t left me any chance to try it. On photo you can find that person who humiliated me. When I was taking the picture of him - he laughed in my face and spoke to his colleague on his language about me, discussing me like I was not there. And, btw, they accept only cash 😳 in 2022, in the centre of a touristic district of Porto! Why? Maybe they avoiding the taxe payments this way...

First, just because of the color of our skin before they gave us a table, they asked us if we were ok with the price there. (Other 3 groups came in while we were there, the did not ask anything to them) We were a family of 5, and they gave us a table, but my wife needed to send a quick email, and needed to plug her computer next to our table, and she sat there and then the manager came and asked her if she was planning to stay long, and asked if she plans to order and eat also; it was 12 and the restaurant (huge one) was totally empty … after much debates, we finally left the restaurant and on the way out he told us many mean things and including sentences like starting with “… you guys are always like that …”.
