Puro Café — Restaurant in Vila Real de Santo António

Hub and i visit Puro Café quite often for Coffee, snacks, sandwiches, drinks, and my favourite tipple, Liquor Beirao & ice. There is always a cabinet of Assorted cakes and pastries inside the cafe, including our favourite Pastel De Nata's and Berry Cheesecake. The bar staff friendly and accommodating.. A popular place for the locals,cosy atmosphere, can get busy, especially at the weekend and more so in the summer season. Plenty of seating outside, and adequate seating inside.. 1 toilet inside the café. Puro Bar is competitively priced for alcoholic beverages and Coffees etc, the Liquor Beirao is 2 euros cheaper per single shot than the Latte Bar a bit further down,and also all the alcoholic drinks, coffee, and food cheaper at Puro. The pastel de nata was perfect, the way it melted in my mouth was divine! The coffee was supper tasty and well served!

The service was quick, the music and the ambiance was great! The waiter could have smiled more 😊

Was very please with the place and with the cleaning of the bathroom.

I see the tables of the terrace filled with customers enjoying different types of coffee, this was the reason I chose this place.

I was going to give 5stars to the place, but the girl was so unfriendly, even when I smiled a lot paying for the bill and wished her a great day, to try and lift her spirits. 😕 Maybe she is having a bad day.

Will return, hope to see her happier in another day 😊

Horrible customer service.

They get people because of the location (but you have 10 similar places around).

We got for couple teas and it does not one come out to get your order neither there is something that says it is self-service. Either way I got in and said hello w/o non response. Then the waiter looked at me without talking expecting me to say something (he did not talk at all and said anything after I order).

After 5 min we Realized he was serving other tables and yet not telling anything to us.

We left.

Do not leave your money here while you got tons of nice places and nice...
