We had an absolutely wonderful dinner at Nourlaya Restaurant in Doha. I visited with my wife and our two baby daughters, and from the moment we arrived, we were met with genuine warmth and hospitality.

Our waiter, Yasir Ali, was simply outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. He was kind, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful—especially with our little ones. His service truly elevated our entire experience.

The food was phenomenal—every dish was rich in flavor, beautifully prepared, and clearly made with care and passion. It was easily one of the best meals we’ve had in Doha.

When I went around 5 PM, the restaurant looked like it is closing down. All the staff busy cleaning and removing outdoor seating, etc. the staff who opened the door even had a cleaning cloth in his hand! This directly set us off the mood.

There was only 5 customers including us and food was served very quickly. The vegetable biryani didn't have distinct flavor other than being very spicy. The gravy for the butter chicken was good, balanced sweetness and saltiness, but the chicken itself was bland. The food seemed like it was microwaved especially the rice as every grain was steaming hot!

The seating was very uncomfortable, the chairs are hard and the sofas are short and tilted.

The prices are mostly ok. Beverages are very pricey.

The server who serve our food had stained clothes. And we couldn't get anyone's attention for the rest of our visit, even the bill had to be paid at...
