La Plăcinte — Restaurant in Bucharest

Please avoid this place as you have a lot of alternatives in the area. I waited about 15 minutes to receive the menus Waited 40 minutes after the order was placed to receive the drink (1l lemonade) Waited another 30 minutes or so to receive the food Asked two times for the check with credit card The waiter was very unprofessional and said that he is alone and that he can't manage so many customers (the place was ~40% full as it was 20:00 o'clock) I was sitting inside the restaurant, at table 14, across the bar, over the green flower wall. After receiving the food and finally started eating, at one time someone sprinkled water (I hope) over me, my phone, and the table. After I complained the bar waiter told me "sorry". He probably wanted to joke with another waiter and didn't know that at that table there was a customer. At first, I was shocked but when I realized I wanted to complain but my company calmed me down. The food seemed decent/good as I was so hungry I could have eaten anything. It is incredible how in 2017 you can get services THAT bad in downtown...

The restaurant looks nice and has a welcoming atmosphere but the service is terrible. Me and my friends waiting very long until our menu's were served and even more for our order to be taken.

I am not as upset that our order was mixed up and we waited more then 1h for our food as I am on the fact that nobody said anything when we specifically asked and we were verbally confirmed that the food will take 30 mins max and nobody said anything about the mix up until we wanted to speak with a manager. On top of that, we waited for 10 mins to receive our bill for the drinks after we canceled the food request because of their blunder.

I am unsure if I want to come back at this restaurant, at least not to the one at AFI Park for the next year when I hope at least their attitude towards their...

WORST service I have ever experienced!

1. I had a booking and the staff was not sure where I was supposed to sit. After 10 mins, instead of taking my order, they asked me to move to another table.
2. The promised to bring the food in maximum 30 mins, and after 50 mins when I asked about the status of my food, they informed me that they mixed up some orders and mine was not even considered (even though they had already brought the drink).
3. When I told them that I am upset with the service, they informed me that they have 2 interns in the kitchen and they cannot operate at high capacity - as if this was my problem.
4. When I asked for the check, it took them 10 more minutes to bring it, and the discount was not satisfactory.

Definitely not a place to...
