Sushi Terra — Restaurant in Bucharest

Disgusting service!!! Never go there! We went to this restaurant with my family because we love this restaurant very much. We usually eat at a different address, but we were nearby and decided to go to this one. When we entered the restaurant, no one from the service staff approached us, we waited about 10 minutes for them to come up to us and wipe the dirty table from the previous guests. Then our order was brought to us. We were with children and a 4-year-old child caught a bone from a fish and her mother started sorting the sushi from the bones (I’ll attach a photo from the restaurant). Afterwards I ate a piece and realized that the bone was stuck in my throat. We asked the waiter Florin to explain what it was, he just took me to the chef. Chef Vitaly said that they are not obliged to remove all the bones from the fish. When we asked to call the manager or bring us a book of complaints, they refused. We asked to redo the order and since we were in a hurry we were offered to take it away. We didn’t pay for the sushi set. But when we came home, we decided to eat it anyway, and that sushi still had fish bones, A LOT OF BONES! They didn't redo the order, but simply transferred the remaining sushi to another container!!! Unfortunately I had to have surgery to remove a fish bone from my throat. I contacted them on social media(Instagram) but I didn’t get any reply. Food: The restaurant doesn't use quality ingredients anymore. Nigiri used to be way tastier, and now the fish has a peculiar, rather "old" taste.

Drinks: The drinks are really good. The lemonades have interesting aromas and having tea there is a nice experience.

Prices: The prices seem to be reasonable for sushi at first glance, but if you compare them with the quality of the service or with other similar sushi restaurants, you'll realise that the prices artificially went up just for the "brand" they've made over the years.

Service: One time, I've had a nice waiter, one time I've had a really rude waitress, one time I've had a blonde girl calling me a thief because their POS wasn't working. I think it's a matter of their personality, their beforehand training, and usually how you are dressed. You'll usually get better service if you'll dress business casual or formal than just having a sportish/casual look. The purpose of a restaurant shouldn't be to treat people who seem to have a higher social status better. Their purpose should be to have happy clients at the end of the day.

Atmosphere: The atmosphere is quite nice. It is calming to see the fish swimming in their big aquariums. However, this nicely, rich-like atmosphere is destroyed by weird behavior from the staff.

Overall, the experience wasn't pleasant and I would not recommend this place, nor come here in the foreseeable future. This is a "good bar" but not a...

Va anunt ca se poate achita doar cash😊 Pe bune?? De cand s-a deschis restaurantul exista “problema” asta. In rest e chiar buna mancarea. The place is really nice looking and it’s quite relaxing to dine outside on the water. We didn’t try the interior but it looked nice aswell from the outside adorned with all aquariums and colorful fish.

The place seems understaffed at the moment since it’s a relative new place so you can wait a while sometimes for your order to come.

The food didn’t dissapoint. We tried the noodle and rice dishes with meat and vegetables but they were drenched in a sauce that was too sweet for our taste (i have no idea if it’s typical japanese culinary). The sushi rolls were all great tasting. Deserts were delicous as well. We tried some pancake rolls that looked like sushi and they weren’t super sweet (which was great) and some mochi.

The prune wine was interesting (again super sweet). The lemonades were refreshing and less sweet than the wine.
