The best of the tourist traps. High prices, shisha was thoroughly poor of flavours and drinks with a statue of ice with the smallest spoon of alcohol. Plus, they never change carbon in the shisha, like normally everything do, so if we already smoke water, at certain point (15 minutes) we smoke nothing! The table next to us openly complaint about the shortage of the drink and the waiter angrily shows the measure of the drink maker, saying that "Italian are keen to drink to much alcohol in their drink". Very well, but a table eith Romanians has a right percentage of alcohol in their drink. The quantity of things in what the sell is utterly ridiculous. Nice location. Excellent frozen Margarita and cold beer. Comfy lounge seats outside and pretty lighting. Been here twice. First time they seemed offended I politely approached the bar like it's a crime. They didn't pay attention when I asked for one bottled beer and poured a large glass of tap beer also. The staff looked at each other like I was an idiot and it was my problem that I had to pay for. As a visitor to Romania I notice there are many flaws in "customer service". Staff can be a little on the rude side, especially if you dare question anything. It's not warm or welcoming at times. And it's intimidating and scary. Please be kinder. I came here yesterday for some lunch and I just want to say that everything was absolutely wonderful. I had a Greek salad and a side of mozzarella sticks, the salad was very flavourful with fresh ingredients and the mozzarella sticks were nicely fried and very tasty as well, I also had an some excellent drinks, I believe they were called Passion Time and Barbie fizz. The creativity of these drinks is unmatched! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, served in a timely matter and with a smile every time😁 Thank you so much for everything!...
