Me and my family have been eating at this reastaurant for a good 3 years and I can sincerly say that we never had a negative opinion about it. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere inside is cozy and welcoming. The staff is very friendly, polite and pays attention to your needs. As for the food, it’s absolutely delicious! At this point i tried like half of the menu already. Never disappointed. Here is what i recomend : Drinks : sirma, black tea, lemonade Savoury food : lentil soup(especially the uncondimented kind), doner(if you are looking for a lighter option go for the chick one), cheeseburger, hummus(amazing and fresh, the pomegranate and the chips make it ten times better), hummus salad, mushrooms and parmesan. Dessert: they are all very good however the goat milk ice cream really stands out to me. The texture is strechy and creamy and the taste is absolutely perfect. These are just my recommendations, all items on the menu will 100% satisfy your needs. All that said and done, you need to add this restaurant on your...
Read moreTheir beef doner (aka kebab, sliced rolled meat) is super tasty. When you look for a genuinely good doner, you should focus on good marinated meat which shouldn't rely on garniture and sauce in the bread. Yusuf Kebap does it well. The spice, fat and meat balance is good. You don't feel like missing some ingredients although you don't have a mixture of garnitures in the bread.
If you prefer chicken over beef I can recommend their tavuk sis (Ro. frigarui de pui) is also above average with served proper garnitures and lavas.
Unfortunately, their chicken doner doesn't excite me. There is something missing in it that I can't tell yet.
I also had a Turkish breakfast as brunch there, 6 months ago. It was a nice example of trendy Turkish breakfast thing. If you would like to experience that I can suggest that place. As a sidenote, 2-people breakfast is too much for 2 people. You can order it...
Read moreThe experience was not what i was originally expecting. Initially, the food was looking nice and the meat smell in the air was delicious. I can also add that the servers were quite nice and polite the whole time. I got the spiced soup, hummus and kunnefe with ice-cream and unfortunately had a stomach ache all night long. The soup was about ok, the hummus was disappointing, but the dessert was really good. My friend had some kind of a shaorma and he really enjoyed it. I guess the chickpeas were not prepaired correctly or the hummus was old. I highly advise to get only the things that are certainly prepaired on the spot like shaorma to be on the safe...
