Boema — Hotel in Cluj Metropolitan Area

I was accommodated with my son (10 years old) in room no. 6 in 24/25 January 2021. I think that any form of accommodation, regardless of the stars, must be clean, provide hot water, generally be a decent accommodation. Here I would say that it is a decent accommodation, the general aspect is cheap, not involved in comfort BUT what I did not like and bothered me a lot is the cold endured throughout the accommodation in the conditions when winter is outside. I don't think there were more than 18-19 degrees in the rooms and the shower water was a little warmer than body temperature. I called the owner and asked her to give me warmth, she told me to put on another sweater (I already had a T-shirt, a long-sleeved cotton blouse and a wool sweater). Although she knew that the motivator of the trip is for medical purposes for the child, she made absolutely no effort to remedy the situation which at one point made me think of calling for consumer protection but I preferred not to discuss anything and focus on the child's situation. The villa is very clean and its location is at 5 minutes walk from the central park and 20 minutes walk from the city center. We staid here for one night and had to leave early in the morning so we couldn't taste the coffe and the cookies that were available in the morning :).||The rooms have their own bathroom and fridge. A nice private place right in central Cluj. The pension has just a few rooms so is proper for a family accommodation. A little garden and terrace inside a quiet aria.
