Deliciile Kronstadt — Restaurant in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

I had high expectations about this place...everything here looks delicious, but it only looks, not tastes. The price is very high for what they offer: margarine is used, not butter...huge disappointment, the only pie that I liked was with sweet cheese, the other ones are dry. The cakes are okish. Anyway, the price is not reflecting the quality. I don't think I'll buy again.

Later edit: yes, it's written in English because there are also foreign customers. I bought salted cheese pie, I don't think that this is supposed to be dry :) and it tasted as one from a basic pastry. And it is not necessary to taste all 80 products to leave a review. I spent 80 lei in your shop and I bought 4 types. I don't know if the prices are from last year or 2 years ago, I care that the price matches...

Amazing sweets - Horrible service

Deliciile Kronstadt sweets are among my top 3 favorites in town (and one of the top 3 is @ Mom's).

However, the horrible service just made me never want to step foot again in this cake shop. And I will always emphasize it to everyone else around me.

The ladies seemed disturbed by the fact that I wanted to order multiple types of cakes. And rolled their eyes when asking details about any of the cakes sold.

Considering the prices, which are linked with the quality of the sweets, I expected a decent service, but this this attitude was just unacceptable. Will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Am dat 5 stele strict pentru produse, locației în sine nu i-aș da mai mult de 3 stele, din păcate.

Îmi pare rău, dar prima impresie contează. Și prima impresie a fost data de amplasarea total nepotrivită a unei asemenea cofetării. Accesul prin piața agroalimentară, printre tarabele mirosind a brânza, a fost șocant, cu atât mai mult cu cât, turiști fiind, scopul era nu să ne alimentăm cu dulciuri, ci să trăim e experiența frumoasă. Este adevărat ca, odată intrat în cofetărie, ai sentimentul ca ai trecut din Infern in Paradis, o altă lume se deschide. Lucrările din ciocolată și marțipan sunt deosebite, e ca un muzeu al plăcerilor olfactive. Pentru asta venisem, de fapt. Și am mai întâmpinat o problemă, aceea a meselor unde să poți servi la interior o prăjitură. Fiindcă este totuși o cofetărie, venisem hotărâți să mâncăm o prăjitură, să bem o cafea poate, dar am găsit doar două mese și patru scaune, noi fiind 8 persoane. Și acest lucru ne-a diminuat bucuria. Produsele variate, frumos prezentate, bănuiesc ca și bune calitativ, dar după ce mănânci prăjitura în picioare, nu poți fi prea elogios. Păcat, locația aceasta trebuia să fie pusă mult mai bine în valoare, pentru ca este o atracție turistică. O văd reamplasată în centru vechi...
