We've just been there a while ago, after maybe a little over an hour of searching in the old center for a place good enough to eat. While our hopes were so down, we happened upon Kashmir, and oh, we are thankful! We were so hungry, and we ordered (we were 3 people): Tikka masala, chicken curry & butter chicken. I, as a 30 yo woman, couldn't finish my plate of butter chicken. And it was D E L I C I O U S. I've eaten Indian food before, but this was something else. Oh, yes, it was spicy like the bottom of hell (for me, cause I don't usually eat spicy) but I enjoyed every moment of it. There was a nice vibe all around, the waiter (the boy who served us, we've found out that he's actually a chef and he came to help in his spare time) was so so nice, that even my bf (that doesn't usually do tips) wanted to tip him. He tried helping us get a reservation at a hotel, he got us a number from a hostel around, he's been pretty much the example of service so many people that come into this profession need to see and learn from.
