When you say that is open at 7am, I expect you to sell products not to make me wait. The ladies in the back said” let her wait “. I expect at least decency and let me leave first and then speak like that because that window in front is not really a good window and I suppose she was the managed by the way she was dressed and one of the bakers. Not too busy when we got food but definitely got super busy when we finished. We ended up getting the Cheese Bagel which was sold and 4 RON. Then we also got the CovriPizza for 6.50 RON. This pastry was better, we thought it would have more cheese but that was a bit of a dissapointment but for the price it was pretty solid. Would like to try other flavors of pastries here. Also you can pay with cash...

Produse...ok, dar nu asa de extraordinar precum coada care era. Problema cea mai grava a fost la plata. Am cumparat in valoare de 34,50 lei. Doamna vanzatoare in primul rand m-a avertizat ca nu are sa imi dea rest si sa ii dau eu mai marunt decat 100 lei. Am propus sa platesc cu cardul dar m-a refuzat ca deja batuse pe casa cash. Am putut sa ii ofer 50 lei. Restul primit a fost de 15 lei. Am plecat insa ceva nu imi dadea la rest...cei 55 de bani pe care nu ii primisem. M-a lamurit nepotul meu care locuieste in Brasov si face scoala in centru si care cimpara frecvent de acolo " ei nu au niciodata bani marunti sa iti dea rest" . Am inteles ca este un obicei acest lucru. Ati zice ca si nepotul meu " sunt doar 50 bani". Acum eu va intreb : 20 persoane in fata mea, 20 dupa mine si tot timpul coada inmultit cu "doar 50 bani" cati bani sunt la final de program, la final de saptamana, la final de luna? Nu m-am intors sa cersesc banii mei inapoi dar nici nu voi mai cumpara vreodata de acolo . Nu o va mai face nici nepotul meu si i-am explicat ca asa ceva se numeste inselaciune si sa povesteasca asta si colegilor si prietenilor lui ca pot cumpara de la altii care sunt corecti....

A little bit expensive bakery but the things they offer are delicious and worth it to buy. We bought breakfast here all the three days while we have been in Brasov. It is always a big row but the staff works fast. I read that they have several locations in Romania so it is like bakery chain. If I see them somewhere else in Romamia, I do not need to thing about where to buy my breakfast.

Luca is by far my most favourite bakery chain and a shop I couldn’t help but always stopping in for a pretzel when passing. There is a great range of pastries to choose from at a really good price. The food is delicious and service is really efficient and fast paced, even though the queue is always long it doesn’t take long to be served and the food is well worth it.

Luca is by far my most favourite bakery chain and a shop I couldn’t help but always stopping in for a pretzel when passing. There is a great range of pastries to choose from at a really good price. The food is delicious and service is really efficient and fast paced, even though the queue is always long it doesn’t take long to be served and the food is well worth it.
