Title: Misleading, Dirty, and Rude — Avoid This Hotel

I stayed at Piata Sfatului Central in Brașov from July 1–4, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience.

First, the room was nothing like the photos on Booking.com — it was old, dirty, and poorly maintained. There were no shades or curtains on the windows, so we had no privacy and were woken up early every morning by sunlight.

Second, we asked the host for basic essentials like clean towels. He told us he would deliver them the next day but demanded a 10% fee for it — which is completely unacceptable. We refused to pay extra for something that should have been included.

Third, the host was rude and unhelpful whenever we asked for assistance. Instead of trying to fix the problems, he made us feel like we were inconveniencing him.

I travel often and I can confidently say this was one of my worst hotel stays. This place is misleading, uncomfortable, and not worth the money. There are many other hotels in Brașov — do yourself a favor and stay...

Me and my friends rented an 8-person room, the biggest one on the offer so we could all fit in well. It also said it came with 2 bathrooms.

Sadly, when we arrived at the place, we simply realized that the biggest apartment for rent only has ONE bathroom (certainly not two) and the space was just not as big as it was mentioned in the description. 7 people could definitely not fit in that small apartment. I guess the space is good enough for 4 people or less.

The good thing about this place is the proximity to the center of Brasov and the fact that everything is clean. Otherwise, I wouldn't suggest staying here, especially if you're part of a bigger group (and also, not all photos are from the place we stayed at - some look way, way bigger than that apartment...

Centrul istoric al Brașovului este micul popas pentru inimile noastre și sigur un loc drag multor oameni din lumea asta ce au descoperit aici, la poalele Tâmpei,un loc minunat unde cu fiecare clipă petrecută aici, pare că vom descoperi mereu o nouă poveste. Un univers fascinant se derulează continuu privirilor tale și totul în jurul tău devine atît de interesant încît timpul tău zboară fără să realizezi că minutele devin ore ! Această piață este înconjurată de clădiri vechi, care de care mai interesante ce au fost restaurate și au îmbrăcat acum o paletă cromatică veselă ce au lăsat în urmă vechea piață și intimplarile grele ale trecutului. Acum aici se aud acorduri muzicale moderne ,oameni din toate colțurile lumii vin aici se relaxează, socializează și se bucură de acest loc minunat din inima Brașovului. Cu drag recomand acest loc celor vor să redescopere România și...
