Starbucks — Restaurant in Meshchansky District

I have been going to this Starbucks for almost 5 years, and 2 months ago I would have written a 5 star review easily. Recently some changes have been made and now occasionally I have a terrible experience. I as much as I enjoy Starbucks I don’t get the quality I expect here anymore. Coffee isn’t made correctly sometimes, not tasty, orders mixed up and sometimes even forgotten until I have to remind the worker. This review makes me sad to write but it’s true.

There are a few workers who are amazing, and remember my order and always try to make sure the coffee is made as it should be, but then those who really ruin my experience. +1...

Данный Старбакс в принципе на уровне всех других Старбаксов, что можно встретить в Москве или Питере. Ребята приветливые, обслуживание всегда непринужденное и вежливое. Кофе, правда, Старбаксовский я бы лучшим не назвал, тот же Дабл би, на мой взгляд сделаем сам напиток дешевле и сильнее, но в Старбакс и идут-то за атмосферой больше и сервисом, так что в целом, для любителей Старбаксов - это место удобно расположено и внутри...
