As much I travel this hotel is one of the Luxurious, excellence and hospitality hotel I ever went. The way how they treated us, it was amazing and very helpful especially Loe the doorman he gives us easy was to reach the Red Square, Arabat bazar and other location. He was very genuine and helpful. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were extremely friendly and supportive, Varvarah she’s very sweet girl and kind to the maximum. Also Amina she so nice she’s speaks English very well, both of them were very friendly. The security guards they’re very polite and friendly also. Our room it was specious, we were 3 people the bed was very comfortable and the extra bed too. The pillows were very soft. The bathroom has (shataf). The house keeping staff they were cleaning the rooms twice a day which is amazing, the room always was tidy and clean and daily providing fresh towels and water. The breakfast was extremely delicious, they have the best raspberry croissants ever! They change some sweet selection and food every day. We stayed in the hotel 7 nights and we never felt bored from the food also, you can order food from the menu example omelette. Location is great next to the red square and Gum mall in less than 10 minutes walk, Tsum mall was next to the hotel l, you well find plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes and metro station. The area is a pit experience than other location, however I really recommend. It very safe even at night. It was my birthday, my sisters requested a surprise birthday cake to the room, it was honey cake and was very delicious ( they checked my birthdate first in the passport LOL) Also I can’t forget to mentioned that the reception staff, they can arrange a taxi for you from the hotel to any location and back to hotel. I loved this service as my application was not working.
The only thing I was disappointed was, we requested for late check out at 6:00 pm as our flight was at night. When we came back from outside around 4:30 PM, the receptionist told us they took our luggage’s out of the room (because of miss communication, that happened between the hotel and our agency) but we did not complain about it as we actually packed before we leave for lunch, however we missed some items in the room as we were planning to go back to the room before we check out (example charger) and pack them. Sadly the receptionist told us that nothing was left in the room (housekeeping statement) I wished if they really checked out or at least waited as to take very thing from the room before...
Read moreDefinitely not a 5-star hotel. Would give them 3.5 stars rating if possible, as 4 is too much but 3 is not fair. Rating is based on their claim to be "5-star luxury hotel". I'd say it's an OK 4-star hotel in a great location. Some details from my stay: they emailed me asking what time I'll arrive, told them around 14:00. Was at check-in at 13:50pm and up in my room in 15 minutes. They took my passport and promised to return "in 1 hour". Around 15:30pm someone was opening my door! No nocking, ringing or anything! There was a maid, she apologized "I didn't know you arrived already". Well, don't you have access to check-in system? She wanted to change welcome fruits for a fresh ones, I told her to give it to me, but she insisted to do it herself. Came inside without asking and swapped the plate. Since you need personal identification walking in Moscow, I had to go down to the lobby and grab a passport myself. For night time I put "do not disturb" sign, it's electronic there. Next day came to my room to see it's not cleaned. Looks like their outdated system didn't reset "do not disturb" when I left the room with the key card, like in other hotels. When taking a shower found somebody's black hair on the wall, so didn't risk with the bathtub, who knows how they cleaned it if at all. Also robes and towels looked like they've been used for many years. Considering how much they charge for a room, they could provide new set for each customer. WiFi is terribly slow, had to use my mobile data plan to comfortably work online. Last one - requested late 4pm checkout and was approved. However when I came back to the hotel to pack my stuff before 3pm, key card was disabled already. Had to return to lobby to reprogram the card. So is it "5-star...
Read moreWorst hotel experience in My Life! ||Was staying there in June. First couple of days, and then came back, as planned for 2 more days. In the end get out of the hotel after first night, as the thing I experienced is unacceptable. If you care about your secure and Comfort avoid this hotel. First part I stayed at the hotel was ok. Nothing special. Than I got back to the hotel. Parked my car infront of entrance and asked hotel security to ask for bell boy to take my luggage. Instead of that, security person on a rude manner told me to move my car. I told him, that I stay in hotel. I’m a guest. As a reply, I received that he don’t give a f* (in Russian), move your car; an get back with your luggage. I was shocked and told him that how could he speak with me like that! As an answer I got, that he don’t care, bell boys are busy and I can care my luggage whatever I like. Again - it was security of the hotel speaking with the guest. And when I told management, how come this ridiculous situation can happen, they did absolutely nothing. That totally showing the totally lack of management of the hotel and its unprofessionalism. So if you care of your Comfort and Secure, AVOID this place!!! The fact that I woke up in my room because of sounds of constructions it’s just nothing compared to to overall...
