Dmall Restaurant — Restaurant in Kigali City

Good authentic Chinese food. However, they need to increase the options for starters and organise their menu better to show a flow from starter to the various options. It's the most confusing menu I've ever ready in my life. They also need to spend some time (and money) training their waiters. Food was affordable, friendly staff and really attentive too but they need training in the core responsibility of waiting on people. Finally, those who smoke should ideally be eating outdoors and this is not so in this restaurant and this has happened 3 times in a row. Service has improved by far due to better wait staff. There is a little lack in cleanliness but to their credit they had a very big group before us. Huge change to the positive. Even though the management seem aloof the experience was fine. I would go again especially for thier live imported crabs. Prices are high but what you get for it is worth it.

I would say this restaurant caters more for Nationals than a walk in restaurant visitors. The menu is all in Chinese and you rely on poorly translated versions of dishes. The menu does have pictures but it is hard to see it is really Squirrel or Rabbit as the description gives you. Sticking to what we know the food was good and we were served quickly. I didn’t particularly like so many smokers around. The view from outside was incredible over the city but not worth going just for that.
