Red Handi Indian Cuisine — Restaurant in Kigali City

Very much enjoyed the deliciousness and lovely ambiance of Red Handi Indian cuisine. The sauces especially are well balanced and well seasoned with a medium.hot spice level we requested Particularly good was

The palak paneer spinach and paneer dish Coconut 🥥 fish curry with tilapia...I think African tilapia is a stronger tasting "meat"

on a later visit also tried the stuffed tandoori paneer which is beyond delicious...like petit paneer sandwiches. crunchy on the outside..tenernand flavorful on the inside!

The .mutton dish had yummy gravy but.the meat was tough and chewy ..which was disappointing

Jeera rice cumin basmati rice excellent

Onion kulcha. Excellent Mint paratha quite flaky and nice

As for the ambiance service and decor ...beautiful relaxing and on point. A guest was smoking ..which is not allowed I side public spaces and the management handled it nicely and asked the guest to take the cigarette outside and apologized to us profusely The privacy partitions between tables are both practical and lovely...laser cut wood panels directing various animals, birds and dieties So many nice artistic touches throughout and even some brightly colored contrasts

One suggestion I do have is to light the path to the rest...

The food is Delicious and service is amazing. We ordered Lahusni chicken Tikka and Chicken Tikka makhani for starters, which were absolutely delectable. Main course was Mutton Rarra which was exquisite along with Dal makhani and chicken Tikka masala which were delightful. Overall we had a great time with friends.
