The deco is really nice and refreshing for Kigali.

The bubble tea was a hit and miss. Some were nice, but most were really bad, tasted more like sugary water. It felt like they were skimping on everything. The waffles did not have half the items mentioned on the menu.

For the very high prices being charged, the items should be as per the description in the menu. The four stars given are for the interior and equipment. Also, because mine is the first review, I did not feel heartless enough to give a rating below 4. Otherwise, it's not worth more than 3 stars at the level of service and quality of items right now. One of the beautiful places visited during my stay in Kigali. The location is central, beautifully setup for those with a love for pictures, the ambience is floral and cosy and the staff are really great and helpful with helping you making a decision on the array of offerings... But that's all material! The bubble tea itself??? Absolutely phenomenal!! The tastes were amazing, the flavours rich, the packaging durable!
