Riders Lounge is a good place if you are looking to have some drinks with friends! May it be during the week or on weekends the place is quite busy but you will definitely find some space to sit.
If you want to dance go ahead, you can be outside on the terace or inside by the counter.
Food at late hours is possible but I didn't tried it, plates look good though.
By the way, their card is very good and if you like alcoholic beverages of quality this is a good place, you will find all sorts of drinks, it's definitely not the bar to just have beers.
Music is good aswell if you like to dance, but not too loud so that you can sit outside and have some conversations!
Smoking is allowed near the bar, of course not inside but you don't have to walk far, just 2 meters next to the entrance!

Read moreRiders Lounge, Kigali, seems to be the only available bar, food and music spot around the vicinities of Kigali Heights. Overtime it has become complacent and sloppy, especially in the way they handle order and kitchen management. They do not pay attention to the food and sometimes your order either comes cold or looks really disgusting. They hand you cold, wet towels to clean your hand.

Within the same period, I saw the person putting vegetables of the various foods cleaning and moving and touching things in the kitchen with the same hand gloves he used to serve the vegetables. This place needs a random visit by health inspectors.
Promos: If you are not willing to provide the same quality food and service for your promos, don’t...

When I told him again this wasn’t BBQ, he said — with a straight face — “That is our BBQ sauce.”
At that point, I nearly laughed. If this place thinks salsa is BBQ sauce, they seriously need to take a walk across the street, order a real burger, and educate themselves on what BBQ even is.
Absolutely clueless. No understanding of American cuisine, no effort to fix the issue, and no apology. If you’re looking for a frustrating dining experience topped with tomato chunks and confusion, this is your place.
Would not...
