360 Degrees Pizza — Restaurant in Kimihurura

I came here on a Saturday night so it was pretty busy and the service was poor due to how overwhelmed and stressed the employees were. I ordered a chicken Parm and when the plate arrived it appeared appetizing but after taking the first bite it was completely horrible. The chicken was extremely dry and stringy, you could tell it wasn’t fresh and was brown in the middle resembling a chicken fried steak. The spaghetti was under cooked and the whole meal seemed like something that had came from a box. This is the second restaurant I’ve eaten at here in Kigali heights so far and I wouldn’t recommend either of them. The pizza was delicious.

The problem is with the service. The waiter did not take the order correctly and delivered pizza with a topping that my husband asked to have removed (cheese). It took over 30 minutes for the new pizza to arrive, in that time I had already received and eaten most of mine. We ordered ice cream and a panna cotta for dessert expecting this to come in a reasonable amount of time as it literally involves removing items from the fridge/freezer and putting it on a plate. Again, waited over 30 minutes and had to ask another waiter to get it. When the panna cotta arrived it was frozen solid and inedible. Not sure how it’s possible to serve it and expect...

Nice vibes. We had salad and fries, because we just went there for a little snack. But the pizza’s coming out were mouthwatering. I hadn’t taste them yet but they definitely smell good. The place has a simple decor but it’s very beautiful. As for our snack, the fries were good but the salad isn’t something I would order again. I would definitely comeback and try the pizzas.
