ALBAIK — Restaurant in Municipality of Olaya

I recently visited the AlBaik branch at View Mall, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. The person at the counter was extremely rude—ignoring me at first and only responding after I said “excuse me” twice. Even then, his tone was unprofessional and dismissive.

Is this the standard of service AlBaik is providing? As a paying customer, I expect at least basic courtesy, if not professionalism. The management seriously needs to train staff in proper customer handling. A little respect and politeness go a long way in maintaining a brand’s reputation.

I hope AlBaik takes this issue seriously and ensures a better experience for customers...

Rude stuff.. i.ordered at 16:25 and i saw my order ready but the staff guy keep telling me "not yet" then check my order and keep telling not yet .. at the same time i see my order ready infront of me .. after 40 minutes while i.keep asking he said ready then i was wondering why he was keep saying not yet ready especially that nothing added to order .. he was laying .. realy i got very angry and my order was cold since waiting for 40 minutes ..

Last to say: i did not order online and came by myself as my home beside the view mall in order to get the food hot.. which at the end i...

The behavior of boiling desk staff very bad, I requested of checking my order after almost 15 mnts waiting to the other guy but he intetefere very badly he talked because my 7month & 1.5 year daughter both are too much crying & hungry but he don't place my order & I see continuous on screen he provide orders randomly eg 565, 571 etc. & he talked very rudely .... This is worst experience at this branch of albaik..... They are very slow & many customer here seems unconformable.... It's a requested management of albaik will trained the staff for good behavior & services.
