Steak was good. Lives upto the expectations. I ordered a texas something something steak. It was delicious for what one would expect in sawdie arabia. The service was comforting, but for some bizzare reason the waiter oscillated between sir and brother while addressing me. I ignored it as nothing bizzare. The passion fruit soda tasted good but three quarters of my glass was filled with ice. On the price tag side : a bit expensive, I would have willingly paid SAR. 165 to 170, SAR 180 would be too generous. However, the texas steak was actually priced SR. 200, which I think was exhorbitant. Also, the passion fruit soda was tagged SAR. 23 something, an amount really unjustifiable. Hope they consider reducing the price. The atmosphere was really ambient, there is always a scope for improvement, no matter what, but I wouldn't complain.
But come to the point of how did I actually feel sitting and trying to enjoy the steak. Well.... no complains for the steak house, but my vibe was ruined by those gang stalkers, stalking me where I go, sabotaging my moments and the vibe that surrounds me that they can never have. Whatever I do, enjoy, they want to have it. Disturbingly, this time it was an asian couple chasing me all the way inside the restaurant, coupled with other arab diners trying to mock the impression that they too can enjoy the meal there. When you dispense SAR. 250 on a meal, you don't want in any shape or form, the menace that has permeated this society to ruin your leisure moments that you get to collect in life. But I guess sawdie arabia and its habitants are always desperate to impose an exception for themselves. As for the steak, I would definitely wish to have it again and again. Just NOT surrounded...
Read moreCommendation for Deepak & Feedback for Rochelle Dear Steakhouse Management, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by waiter Deepak during my recent dining experience at your restaurant in View Mall.
This was my second visit, and Deepak consistently demonstrated outstanding guest attentiveness. He was particularly helpful in reminding us to include desserts in our meal order, ensuring we didn't miss out on a delightful part of our dining experience. Deepak's patience and accommodating nature made our meal truly enjoyable. However, I must also express my disappointment with the service provided by waitress Rochelle. When we were initially seated, she approached to take our order, but seemed to be in a hurry even though the restaurant was not particularly busy. After presenting the menu, she quickly stated she would be back but unfortunately failed to return. Thankfully, Deepak promptly stepped in to take our order. Despite this minor setback, the food at Steakhouse was, as always, fantastic. I hope this feedback is valuable as you strive to continuously improve the dining experience for all...
Read moreI'm a long-time fan of this restaurant chain, which makes my recent experience all the more disappointing. Unfortunately, my visit was a series of missteps, from the kitchen to the service. I ordered the black salmon, but what arrived was a dish of lemon salmon. The fish was baked with so much lemon that it became bitter, completely overpowering any natural flavor. To make things worse, the side dish was also incorrect. Despite me mentioning a dairy intolerance, my plate was rushed to the table with a side of mash potato—a dish not even on the menu. The service was equally lacking. The server dropped the plate and was gone before I could even question the incorrect order. After they realized I was unhappy with the dish, they completely disappeared. When I was finally able to get someone's attention, my dissatisfaction was met with a dismissive giggle, a quick "sorry," and the bill. I ended up hardly eating anything and left feeling incredibly let down. This was a poor reflection of the high standards I've come to expect from this chain. I hope this was an...
